DVA Community Nursing Services
CLAE Disability Services is a registered provider with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA). Our experienced and compassionate nurses work closely with clients, their families, GPs and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality nursing care to eligible veterans and war widows in the comfort of their homes.

What is DVA Community Nursing?
DVA Community Nursing Services provide clinically necessary nursing care to veterans who need health support at home. The program helps you maintain independence, prevent hospital admissions, and manage ongoing medical or personal care needs.
