Daily Personal Activities

CLAE Disability Services is an NDIS approved service provider that you can trust to provide high quality assistance and/or supervision of the daily personal activities of people living with disability. We recognise that the required assistance will vary from one individual to another. Hence, we will pay careful attention to your NDIS plan and work with you and your family, to ensure our assistance is helping you achieve your personal goals and needs.

Our person-centred approach will put you in control and is underpinned by maximum respect for your privacy, dignity, personal values, choices, and independence. Be it in the comfort of your home or out there within the community, you can trust us to provide 24/7 assistance and/or supervision of your personal tasks of daily life, including activities such as:

• Showering, oral hygiene, dressing, etc.
• Mobility assistance to get in and out of bed
• Toileting
• Eating and drinking
• Attending appointments and other social activities
